Returns & Exchanges
At Wizard's Tower, we want your magical attire to fit perfectly. If your enchanted garments aren't quite right, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous postage marks.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our tower, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
